The HCSC Protocols require a quarterly report from each project sponsor during construction of a project.

Reporting

During construction of any project and longer if so required by the HCSC, the project sponsor shall provide the HCSC with a quarterly report detailing:

The status of the project, including its operations; and a summary of all fund expenditures.

Quarterly Report Due Dates

Thereafter, such reports shall be made annually and are due each October 1, January 1, April 1, and July 1.
